Vintage Thompson Opaque Enamels

Opaque colors from Thompson Enamel's pre-1990 leaded line, sold by the ounce and, on the shades where stock allows, in 8 and 16 ounce lots. The range runs from the workhorse whites 69-A and 118 through the yellows, reds, pinks, blues, greens and greys to 335 Black. It is 80 mesh, medium fusing, and fires at 1450 to 1550F for two to four minutes on copper, silver, gold, iron and steel. Thompson discontinued these colors more than thirty years ago, so quantities are finite and differ shade by shade; each listing says what is left. The transparent half of the same vintage line is in Thompson Transparents, and opaques still in production are in Thompson Lead-Free Opaque.
